The stove that loves to be placed in a corner
With its timeless beauty, Kylie Xtra is the ideal companion for any room and living environment. The basic conical shape of Kylie Xtra tapers towards the back – making this stove particularly suitable for corners. The combination of materials is a study in contrasts: the stove door, crafted from traditional, robust cast iron, and soft, finely worked wooden elements together create an exceptionally harmonious overall impression. And to guarantee that the flames always burn to perfection, we have developed the automatic Air+ air control system (accessory), which ensures the wood in the stove burns extremely efficiently.
The Austroflamm Xtra heat storage system for stoves transforms Kylie Xtra into a genuine storage stove. The patented HMS technology provides cosy stored heat from the stove for up to 12 hours.
Designer stove and heat storage in one
Lovers of timeless design will be instantly captivated by the elegant combination of traditional features such as the stove door crafted from robust cast iron and design elements in beautiful natural wood.
With Austroflamm’s patented Xtra heat storage system, you can switch between rapid heat output and the extra-long heat retention of a storage stove simply by moving a small lever. Being fitted with more than 136 kg of additional Xtra storage mass and boasting an overall weight of 276 kg, Kylie Xtra can store heat and release it as pleasant radiant heat over a period of up to 12 hours. What’s more, Kylie Xtra is certified by the German Institute for Building Technology as a stove suitable for room-sealed operation, making it the ideal stove for low-energy and passive homes.
Xtra stoves from Austroflamm – maximum heat storage, simple operation and breathtaking design
The firebox on Kylie Xtra is securely sealed by a self-locking cast-iron door. The combustion air supply is controlled by a single lever, which regulates both the primary and secondary air flows. The secondary air is used for what is known as the “airwash” system, keeping the expansive viewing window clean for a long time. This way, you can enjoy the wonderful play of flames from your Austroflamm stove without any obstruction.
The stove can be connected to the chimney in the traditional way via a flue pipe leading upwards, or “concealed” directly at the rear. There is also a connection for supplying combustion air to the stove from the outside.
The firebox lining made from Austroflamm’s patented Keramott, which is heat-resistant up to 1200°C, combines with the sophisticated combustion air system to ensure high combustion temperatures, thereby guaranteeing outstanding heat output and a high efficiency level of over 80% for the stove.
Two things speak for themselves: Austroflamm stoves have emission levels well below all current limits and are fully certified and approved for operation.
Boasting a nominal heat output of 7,4 kW, the Kylie Xtra 2.0 stove is ideal for heating rooms with a volume of up to 165 m³.
