A modern and minimalist storage stove – Tower Xtra 2.0
If you’re looking for a “classic storage stove” but with a modern, minimalist design, then you’ll love our Tower Xtra 2.0! Thanks to our innovative Xtra heat-storage technology for stoves, it provides up to 12 hours of stored heat. While you enjoy the blazing open fire in the evening, the storage bricks of the Heat Memory System absorb the energy then slowly release it into the room as pleasant radiant heat over the course of several hours. You light the fire in the evening and can still enjoy its welcoming warmth the following morning. Thanks to its minimalist design, Tower Xtra 2.0 is already a timeless classic among stoves.
A storage stove suitable for small rooms too – Tower Xtra 2.0 from Austroflamm
At just 43 cm wide and with a heat output of 4 kW, Tower Xtra 2.0 is also perfect for small rooms. Even so, the large viewing window allows you to enjoy the soothing display of flames from the blazing logs in large format. When fitted with the turntable (available as an accessory), Tower Xtra 2.0 becomes a rotating stove.
Xtra stoves from Austroflamm – instant warmth from a wood-burning stove and long-lasting heat from a storage stove
The Xtra heat storage system from Austroflamm combines the features of a wood-burning stove with those of a storage stove. A small lever allows you to switch between rapid heat output and the heat storage function of the stove. Thanks to 130 kg of integrated Xtra heat storage mass for stoves, Tower Xtra 2.0 boasts an impressive overall weight of 249 kg despite its slim design. This additional heat storage mass enables Tower Xtra 2.0 to store the energy from 9 kg of wood and release it as pleasant radiant heat over a period of up to 12 hours. Tower Xtra 2.0 is approved for room-sealed operation, making it the perfect stove for heavily insulated low-energy and passive homes.
The stove door on Tower Xtra 2.0 is self-locking and securely seals the firebox. A single lever controls the combustion air supply, regulating both the primary and secondary air flows. The secondary air is used for what is known as the “airwash” system, which keeps the viewing window of the stove clean. This way, you can enjoy the wonderful play of flames in your Austroflamm stove without any obstruction.
The stove can be connected to the chimney in the traditional way with a flue pipe extending upwards or “invisibly” directly at the rear.
The firebox lining made from Austroflamm’s patented Keramott, which is heat-resistant up to 1200°C, combines with the sophisticated combustion air system to ensure high combustion temperatures, thereby guaranteeing an outstanding heat output and a high efficiency level of over 80% for the stove.
Two things speak for themselves: Austroflamm stoves have emission levels well below all current limits and are fully certified and approved for operation.
Boasting a nominal heat output of 4 kW, the Tower Xtra 2.0 stove is ideal for heating rooms with a volume of up to 88 m³.
