Koko Xtra 2.0 storage stove – because warmth never goes out of fashion
Its clean, minimalist design gives Koko Xtra 2.0 a timelessly modern feel. And with up to 12 hours of heat retention, Koko Xtra 2.0 is the ideal stove for anyone looking for a modern storage stove. The fantastic Xtra heat storage system for stoves from Austroflamm makes Koko Xtra 2.0 a true storage stove. This patented technology provides cosy warmth for up to 12 hours using less than nine kilograms of logs. This makes heating with wood even more efficient. A matching base is available as an accessory, which raises Koko Xtra 2.0 to a comfortable height while also serving as a practical storage compartment for your firewood. The large, rounded glass pane offers an unobstructed view of the cosy fire. If that’s not enough, a turntable is available as an additional accessory. This allows you to enjoy the dancing flames in the firebox from any angle. (Only possible with an upwards flue connection)
Koko Xtra 2.0 – a wood-burning stove for instant warmth, a storage stove for long-lasting warmth
Austroflamm’s patented Xtra heat storage system enables you to switch between rapid heat release and extra-long heat retention in the stove simply by moving a small lever.
With Austroflamm’s patented Xtra heat storage system, you can switch between the rapid heat output typical of a traditional wood-burning stove, and the extra-long heat retention of a storage stove, simply by moving a small lever. Being fitted with more than 100 kg of additional Xtra storage mass compared to the Koko 2.0 stove and weighing a total of 253 kg, Koko Xtra 2.0 is capable of storing energy from 9 kg of wood and releasing it as pleasant radiant heat over a period of up to 12 hours. What’s more, Koko Xtra 2.0 is certified by the German Institute for Building Technology as a stove suitable for room-sealed operation, making it ideal for use in heavily insulated low-energy and passive homes.
Stoves from Austroflamm – timelessly modern, user-friendly and efficient
The large glazed stove door on Koko Xtra 2.0 closes and locks automatically. The door handle and air control knob are crafted from high-quality natural wood. A single lever, conveniently located at the front of the stove, controls the combustion air supply and regulates both the primary and secondary air flows. The secondary air is used for what is known as the “airwash” system, keeping the expansive glass door of Koko Xtra 2.0 clean for a long time. This way, you can enjoy the wonderful play of flames from your Austroflamm stove for as long as possible.
The stove can be connected to the chimney in the traditional way via a flue pipe leading upwards, or “concealed” directly at the rear.
The firebox made from Austroflamm’s patented Keramott, which is heat-resistant up to 1200°C, combines with the sophisticated combustion air system to ensure high combustion temperatures, thereby guaranteeing outstanding heat output and a high efficiency level of over 80% for the stove.
Two things speak for themselves: all Austroflamm stoves have emission levels well below all current limits and are fully certified and approved for operation.
Boasting a nominal heat output of 7.5 kW, the Koko Xtra 2.0 stove is ideal for heating rooms with a volume of up to 210 m³.
