Austroflamm’s patented Xtra heat storage system enables you to switch between rapid heat release and extra-long heat retention simply by moving a small lever. Thanks to 105 kg of additional Xtra storage mass and an overall weight of 245 kg, Fynn Xtra can store heat and release it as enjoyable radiant heat for up to 12 hours. Fynn Xtra is also a DIBT-certified stove for room-sealed operation, making it ideally suited as a stove for low-energy and passive homes.

The firebox on Fynn Xtra is closed securely by means of a self-locking door. The combustion air supply is controlled by a single lever, which regulates both the primary and secondary air flows. The secondary air is used for the so-called “airwash” system, which keeps the large viewing window of the stove clean. This way, you can enjoy the wonderful play of flames in your Austroflamm stove without any obstructions.
The stove can be connected to the chimney in the traditional way via a flue pipe leading upwards, or “concealed” directly at the rear. There is also a connection for supplying combustion air to the stove from the outside.
The firebox lining made from Austroflamm’s patented Keramott, which is heat resistant up to 1200 °C, combines with the sophisticated combustion air system to ensure high combustion temperatures, thereby guaranteeing outstanding heat output and a high efficiency level of over 80% for the stove.
Two things speak for themselves: Austroflamm stoves have emission levels well below all current limits and are fully certified and approved for operation.
Boasting a nominal heat output of 6 kW, the Fynn Xtra stove is ideal for heating rooms with a volume of up to 165 m³.
