Our Dexter S3 stove will enchant you with a wealth of possible combinations. With its firebox door glazed on three sides, it’s a real highlight for anyone who wants to integrate a wood-burning stove into their interior design scheme.
The ingenious modular units, which also serve as log storage compartments thanks to their open sides, transform Dexter S3 into a fully-fledged furniture system. You can even pack a large amount of Heat Memory System thermal-storage material into the add-on boxes.

The linear design and optional accessory modules make this beautiful stove a striking design feature in your living space. Whether freestanding or mounted on the wall, Dexter S3 blends harmoniously into modern interiors. Despite its minimalist design, Dexter S3 offers incredible scope for variation – it can be individually enhanced by incorporating heat-storage modules, which retain heat for hours on end, or add-on modules that serve as a log storage compartment and provide seating.
Dexter is also available with a corner door featuring glazing on two sides: Dexter 2.0 right and Dexter 2.0 left.
The stove is also available with Austroflamm’s Heat Memory System, a patented heat-storage system enabling the stove to store and release heat for several hours, long after the last log was added. Dexter S3 is a DIBT-certified stove for room-sealed operation, making it ideally suited for passive and low-energy homes.

The large stove door, glazed on three sides, locks automatically and securely seals the firebox. A single lever controls the combustion air supply of Dexter S3, regulating both the primary and secondary air flow.
The stove can be connected to the chimney the traditional way with a flue pipe leading upwards, or “invisibly” directly at the rear. As a DIBT-certified stove, Dexter S3 features a connection for supplying combustion air from outside.
The firebox lining made from Austroflamm’s patented Keramott combines with the sophisticated combustion air system to ensure an efficiency level of over 80% for the stove.
Two things speak for themselves: Austroflamm stoves have emission levels well below all current limits and come with every certification necessary for operating a stove.
Boasting a nominal heat output of 6 kW, Dexter S3 is ideal for heating rooms with a volume of up to 120m³.
