Customise your inset fire – with a fireplace insert from Austroflamm

Coming home in the evening, warming up by the fire and relaxing over a hot cup of tea or perhaps a glass of red wine – that’s something that will never go out of fashion. With a fireplace insert from Austroflamm, you can incorporate these pleasures into modern living spaces entirely as you wish. A large corner-mounted viewing window gives you an unobstructed view of the soothing, flickering flames.

As an option, the fireplace insert can be fitted with our tried-and-tested Austroflamm HMS heat-storage system for inset fires, transforming it into a storage stove – the modern alternative to a tiled stove. The storage blocks attached directly to the stove store the heat energy and then release it into the room as pleasant radiant heat over several hours – long after you last added wood.

A single lever, conveniently located on the front of the stove, is used to regulate the supply of combustion air, regulating both the primary and secondary air flows. The secondary air is used for what is known as the airwash system, which keeps the spacious viewing window of the fireplace insert clean for a long time. This way, you can enjoy the stunning play of flames in your Austroflamm fireplace without any obstruction. Our Insert Control system, which regulates the flow of combustion air and ensures the fireplace insert always operates efficiently, is available as an optional extra.

The firebox, made from Austroflamm’s patented Keramott, which is heat-resistant up to 1200°C, combines with the sophisticated combustion air system to ensure high combustion temperatures, thereby guaranteeing excellent heat output and a high efficiency level of the inset fire.

Two things go without saying for us: every Austroflamm fireplace insert falls below the currently valid emission limit values, and is fully certified and approved for operation as a wood-burning appliance.

Boasting a nominal heat output of 11.3 kW, this fireplace insert is suitable for heating rooms with a volume of up to 230 m³.
